What it does
It adds up the scoring dice only. Three 6s is exactly 18. A Big Straight of 2 to 6 makes 20, and a Small Straight of 3 to 6 makes 18.
Worked example
Three of a Kind. Faded dice do not score.
WithoutPot 48 × Odds 3 = 144
With SummitPot 48 × Odds 7.5 = 360
Watch out
A Pair cannot reach 18, since two sixes make 12. The straight of 1 to 5 makes only 15 and misses.
Pairs well with
- Top Shelf: Your highest scored die adds its pips to the Odds, up to +4.
- Tall Stack: Every scored die is a 4 or higher: ×2 Odds.
- Sixer: Every scored 6: +4 Odds.
